BBQ CHEESY CHICKEN FLOWERS
(RAMAZAN SPECIAL)
Very simple and easy to enjoy with family and friends, especially for kids. This BBQ Chicken with Cheese is to be baked in Wonton Wraps and put in the Cupcake pan for about 10 minutes or till the wraps turn golden. Crunchy as well as Cheesy.
These Flowers or Cups are a lovely addition at Aftar time during Ramazan but can be enjoyed at any time.
Here we are, going to start making our Cheesy Chicken Flowers with the name of ALLAH.
EQUATION:
Preparing the Filling: 15 minutes
Assembling: 10 minutes
Backing for 24 Flowers: 35 minutes
Yield: 24 Flowers
Expenses: 250 Rupees (2 Dollars)
INGREDIENTS WE NEED:
- 1 Cup Boneless Chicken, boiled and shredded.
- 1/2 Cup to 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (according to taste)
- 1 Medium Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)
- 1 Gajar (Carrot)
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup.
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sirka (Vinegar)
- Ajinomoto to taste (Chinese Salt)
- Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) to taste.
- 1 Tablespoon Til Ka Tel (Sesame Oil)
- 25 Wonton Wraps
- 1 piece of Coal for BBQ smoke
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients except for Sesame Oil in a bowl and keep in Refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
- Heat Sesame Oil and stir fry the mixture in it till all liquid evaporates.
- Douse the flame and let the mixture cools.
- Burn the piece of Coal till it is red, place a piece of Silver Foil or a small metal bowl in the center of the Chicken mixture.
- Put the coal on it and immediately sprinkle few drops of oil over it.
- Smoke will come out of the coal instantly.
- Cover the mixture with a heavy dish so that the BBQ aroma may not escape.
- Pre-heat Oven to 180 C, 350 F or Gas Mark 4
- Grease the Cupcake pans
- Place the wraps in the cupcake pans in opposite directions to create a Flower shape.
- Bake the wraps for about 5 minutes or till they turn golden. Take out of Oven.
- Now with the help of a spoon put the mixture in every Cupcake Wraps and cover it with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Put the pan into the Oven and bake for 12-15 minutes
- Enjoy Hot with Tomato Ketchup or my ALL PURPOSE SPECIAL CHUTNEY.
