ANDAY KE SAMOSAY (EGG SAMOSA)
RAMAZAN SPECIAL
As you know Samosa is a very popular street food all around the world with different names and different tastes. I have created these Egg Samosas, especially for my kids. The love Egg Pakoras very much, so I tried making Samosa filling from boiled eggs and they loved it. Not only my kids but some guests also enjoyed this Samosas with Mint Yogurt Chutney.
These Samosas are not spicy but can be made spicy by adding hot spices in the filling, but for a change, I think these can be enjoyed as they are with a little bit of Black Pepper and Salt and some finely chopped Green Chilies.
